Our authorized internal automation may access Google account data only after the Rinse King account holder grants permission. Depending on the feature enabled, this may include Gmail messages and metadata, Calendar events, Drive files, Docs, Sheets, and basic contact information. We access only the services and permissions needed for the requested business function.
How We Use Information
- Provide estimates, schedule and perform services, invoice, and receive payment.
- Respond to inquiries and follow up with customers.
- Monitor authorized business communications and review notifications.

Google User Data
Google user data is used only to provide or improve the specific user-facing or internal business features authorized by the Rinse King account holder. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or transfer it to third parties except as necessary to provide the authorized service, protect security, comply with law, or with the user’s affirmative consent.
Human access to Google user data is limited to situations where it is necessary for security, troubleshooting, legal compliance, or a feature expressly authorized by the account holder. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Service Providers and Sharing
We may use trusted service providers for website hosting, customer management, scheduling, payments, communications, analytics, automation, and data storage. They may process information only as needed to provide services to us and subject to their applicable privacy and security obligations. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.
Data Retention and Security
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for customer service, business operations, accounting, dispute resolution, security, and legal requirements.
